Phase 1: Acknowledge & Restore

 We create a safe space to process setbacks and burnout without judgment. Using tools like the Resilience Reflection Journal, you’ll unpack the emotional impact of past challenges, identify patterns, and begin the crucial work of restoring your energy and emotional balance.

Phase 2: Rewire & Reframe

This is where we actively rewire your internal narrative. You will build a Reframing Toolkit to combat negative self-talk and use the Inner Strength Inventory to anchor your confidence in your core values and past wins. This phase is about shifting from "I failed" to "I learned."

Phase 3: Rise & Re-engage

Description: We focus on embedding resilience into your daily life. You'll design a sustainable Micro-Recovery Plan with simple, powerful rituals and learn to re-engage with your work and goals from a place of authentic confidence, purpose, and self-trust.

The Resilience Reset Method™ is a deep, supportive one-on-one coaching program focused on rebuilding your inner strength after a setback or period of burnout. This is the "inner work." We focus on rewiring the mindset and emotional habits that lead to stress, helping you regulate your nervous system so you can process challenges, restore your confidence, and re-engage with your work from a place of steadiness and strength.

Who should join The Resilience Reset Method™ program? This method is for driven professionals who need to recover and reset their internal foundation. You're a great fit if: - You've recently experienced a professional setback, such as a failed promotion, a difficult project, or burnout. - You find yourself stuck in cycles of negative self-talk or imposter syndrome. - You feel emotionally depleted and know you need to "bounce back" but aren't sure how. - You are ready to do the internal work required to build lasting confidence from the inside out.

How much time will I need to commit to the program? The process is designed to restore your energy, not drain it. The focus is on consistent, gentle practice rather than hours of heavy work. - Session Time: We will typically meet for one 60-minute session 3 times a month over 4 months to create a dedicated space for this deep, restorative work. - Restorative Practice: Between sessions, plan for about 15-30 minutes on most days. This will be for reflective journaling, practicing reframing exercises from your toolkit, and implementing your Micro-Recovery rituals. The goal is small, sustainable actions that build momentum over time.

How is success measured? Success in this program is deeply personal and primarily measured by your internal state. While we’ll track tangible progress—like your consistent use of reframing tools or sticking to your recovery plan—the truest measures are your ability to quiet your inner critic, bounce back from minor setbacks more quickly, and feel a renewed sense of self-trust and emotional steadiness.

What if my goals change mid-program? This is a wonderful sign of progress. As you heal and restore your confidence, it is common to discover new aspirations that felt out of reach before. We will welcome this newfound clarity and gently pivot our focus to support your re-emerging goals, ensuring your journey is always aligned with your growth.

Do you offer corporate sponsorship support? Absolutely. Many clients successfully receive sponsorship for their coaching through their company's learning and development (L&D), leadership, or professional growth budgets.
